The furnitures is designed for its utilization in interiors in normal conditions, with a relative humidity between 25 and 60 % and a temperature of between 18 and 24º. The opposite could have negative consequences on the product, giving place to alternations on the wood and the upholstery.

The color samples that appear in our catalog are indicative. Each wood is unique and depending on which type of wood is it can absorb the finish in a different way, so it may cause variations on the color and texture. The veneer finish is lightly different to the hard wood due to that it is not the same material.
The changes on the natural color of the wood, the texture and the natural growth defects, will not be considered as defects. The wood is a natural material and it reacts in a permanent way with the environment, which means that it can appear small cracks on the paint or a light penetration in the structure of the wood during the life cycle of the product. Aforementioned reaction should not be considered as a fabrication defect but as a direct consequence of the “natural” condition of the wood.

The guarantee does not cover the defects or wear caused by the normal use of the product or damage caused by accidents or bad handling during the installation. Other uses be it getting on it, jumping, letting them fall off, hitting them or putting them outside may provoke damage on the product. The sharp objects, keys, cutlery, handbags, hard sewings, the zip of the trousers, the claw of the domestic animals, etc. might harm the wood, the veneer and the fabric or the leatherette. The guarantee does not cover the quality of the fabric or the leatherettes used in upholstered products, nor the emission of a protection of a appropriated metal for the stools. With regards to the proportioned fabrics by the customers, we reserve to ourselves the right of not accepting any material that we not consider appropriated to upholster our products. For stools, is recommended the use of materials with higher abrasion.
The lighter fabrics and leatherettes can be tinted when are in contact with other darker materials, as tinted fabrics, jeans, newspapers, etc. This chemical reaction of the pigmentation color is not a sign of bad quality and, therefore, is not covered by the guarantee.

The own characteristics of any type of upholstery or the own technology used for the upholstery process, may cause minor imperfections in the product, as the apparition of light wrinkles or waves on the own upholstery in the production process or as a consequence of the use of the product, like when it is upholstered with round forms, the wrinkles and the wrinkling of the upholstery material is technically unavoidable. Therefore, is not arranged to any type of reclamation by the customer.

The use of plastic studs, nylon or nylon/metal combinations might damage the wood or parquet floor. It is recommended to check the state of the studs periodically to avoid damages in the floor or in the product.

The height of the seat or the global height of the product can vary of the standard dimensions depending on the upholstery option.

Protect the fabric and the leatherette from the direct sunlight to prevent the color fading. You never have to rub the stain, and use always soft cleaning products like a solution of soap and water, do not use never aggressive products. Carry out a normal cleaning with a vacuum cleaner and with a damp cloth. Pay attention to the color migration.
